We work with prospective tenants to safeguard them against expensive future dilapidation claims on the part of the landlord by making a detailed record of the condition of their proposed building prior to contract.

A chartered surveyor’s photographic record supported by written text can be a valuable aid in countering such claims and limiting the potential for litigation on expiry of the lease.

The final report was very comprehensive and written in a way that could be understood by me the customer.
